The purpose of the project is to gather news reports about police misconduct in America in a fair and unbiased way. The objective is to study the scope of the problem and to identify policies that can minimize misconduct.

Rehoboth Police Guilty Of Misconduct

Police misconduct-The Sussex County Court of Common Pleas has found the Rehoboth Beach Police Department has engaged in “entrenched, flagrant misconduct” in its handling of testing for DUI cases. Despite the finding, the court did not dismiss the case that brought the police misconduct to light.
