Fort Worth, Texas— Cindy and Mark Boling are trying to understand why their dog, Lillie, a Border collie mix they've had for five years is now dead -- shot and killed in their own yard by a Fort Worth police officer. "My dog was standing there looking like I got a new friend and he turned and shot her in the back", Mark Boling said. "He literally has ripped our hearts out", Cindy Boling said.

Last week, Mitch and I sat down with Jonathan “Ryan” March whose home was raided by the Columbia, MO S.W.A.T. team in 2008. The S.W.A.T. team was at his home to look for marijuana. It was an idyllic afternoon in this quiet East Haven neighborhood. At Michael Dadio’s house on George Street, his girlfriend’s kids played in the back yard while his dad mowed the lawn.
