Internet radio host and Free State Project participant Adam Kokesh is planning an "Open Carry March" on the nation's capital, in which he plans to lead gun advocates in a march carrying loaded guns. "This is an act of civil disobedience, not a permitted event," reads the event's Facebook page. One 12-year-old Las Vegas boy has become a viral video hero after reminding a thirsty police officer he's not above the law. The young man, who identifies himself as Jeremy in the video, springs into action when he sees a motorcycle cop park illegally on the sidewalk. The Porcupine Freedom Festival, commonly known as PorcFest, is the Free State Project’s flagship annual summer gathering. This year’s PorcFest 10th Anniversary celebration will be held in Lancaster, NH, from June 17 - 23, 2013.
On Friday, June 21, Lew Rockwell will deliver a one-hour keynote entitled Our Job as Libertarians. This will be his first PorcFest speaking engagement.
