After decades of male taunts over their driving skills, women can take heart from a new study Monday revealing that they are actually the better sex when it comes to parking.
A review of CCTV footage from 700 British car parks and interviews with 2,000 drivers found that when a range of factors are considered, including the method used and the time taken, women come out on top.Read more »

During an update to the state's driving laws, the Texas legislature inadvertently removed the penalty for driving without a license plate. What was formerly a $200 fine now has no penalty. The new law goes into effect on January 1, 2012, and they won't be able to update it until January of 2013.

Beginning Jan. 1, a new California law will require that children riding in any vehicle must be restrained in the back seat in a child restraint until their eighth birthday or until the child reaches 4 feet 9 inches tall.
