What is your opinion?

If a person commits suicide, and they felt pushed to do so, does that make the person or persons that pushed them, or harassed them, an accomplice; and should they be held accountable as accomplices? Perhaps this is a topic that can be opened for discussion on the show? How many people have committed suicide due to similar circumstances, that the general public is not even aware of? Perhaps, their names can be added here, under "comments" so they can be remembered? Can people be bullied to death?

Cop Fired But Not Charged with Anything For Shooting Suspect 41 Times

Posted March 8th, 2013 by iamodd999

Garland Cop Patrick Tuter killed suspect Michael Allen, 25, after a high-speed chase. During the fray Tuter managed to squeeze off some 41 rounds from his service weapon, claiming that he felt that his life was in danger. Minnesota Democrats Move to Confiscate Firearms

Posted February 16th, 2013 by ktmohney

Not to be outdone by their Missouri comrades, the Democrats in Minnesota have introduced their own gun confiscation bill, HF 241 (Minnesota was actually first I believe). This bill would basically outlaw anything other than a revolver, bolt action rifle, or musket with its all inclusive list of what constitutes an "assault weapon". Is the Federal government watching this closely to see how it pans out? Click on the link to the official MN bill in the article and read what is going to be banned.

Tardy on Rent in Arkansas? You Could Go to Jail

Under something called the "failure-to-vacate" law, more than 1,200 Arkansas tenants were taken to court last year simply for failing to pay their rent on time. According to a report published last week by Human Rights Watch (HRW) and reported by Salon's Natasha Lennard, Arkansas is the only state in the U.S. that can require a tenant to vacate if they are late to pay rent by just one day. Once they are told to move out, the tenants have 10 days to do so, or face criminal charges.

Fresh questions over Christopher Dorner's dismissal as hunt contiunes

Posted February 12th, 2013 by iamodd999

Police records have raised the possibility that there is a legitimate grievance behind Dorner's homicidal vendetta against the LA police department.
Dorner, was sacked in 2008 for falsely claiming a colleague kicked a homeless suspect.
Dorner was a rookie police officer on 28 July 2007, when with a training officer, Teresa Evans, responded to a disturbance at the Doubletree Hotel in San Pedro.
They encountered a mentally ill man, Christopher Gettler. Evans tasered him after he threw a punch. Gettler was returned to his father and that seemed to be the end of the incident.
