Economists see additional quantitative easing in 2012
FRANKFURT (MarketWatch) — The Bank of England, as expected, left its key lending rate at a record low on Thursday and made no changes to its quantitative easing program as policy makers wrestle with an economy that threatens to tip back into recession.
