Heading to Forkfest?

June 20th, 2020 - 5:36pm by FTL_Admin in

As you may have heard, some people are starting their Forkfest on Monday June 22nd instead of waiting for June 29th, which is the originally-promoted start date. Now that the Porcupine Freedom Festival has scaled back a bit, there's no longer a prohibition on camping at Rogers without a Porcfest ticket, which means that Forkfest can now happen during the Porcupine Freedom Festival, so that's what we're doing - going for a full two weeks. Will you be coming up anytime between Jun 22nd and July 5th? If so, we'll see you there.

If you'd like to connect with other Forkfesters, you can link to the unofficial Telegram chat and Forum at http://forkfest.party

See you there, I've gotta get packing! Ian

Cigar Dave ending his radio show after 25 years is an opportunity for FTL. :: New :60 Promo

June 14th, 2020 - 12:59am by FTL_Admin in

Longtime weekend syndicated talk show host Cigar Dave is retiring after twenty-five years of doing his show. That means there will be new opportunities for Free Talk Live to add new stations as they are going to be looking for new content over the next couple of weeks. So, if you know if your local talk station carries Cigar Dave, this week would be a great time to reach out to the program director via phone or email and tell the PD that you want to hear Free Talk Live. Program Directors rarely get positive comments so your request will be conspicuous. If you need help finding contact information for your local talk station, please post on the FTL forum .

Also please do help us Advertise, Market, and Promote FTL to new radio stations by joining the AMP program. Thanks to our AMPlifiers, we've gotten on over 190 radio stations and in fact just this weekend are welcoming KWPM-AM/FM in West Plains, MO and K-News 98.5 KWWV-HD2 in San...

Free Talk Live to Broadcast from Agora Valley during 2020 Porcupine Freedom Festival

May 31st, 2020 - 5:15pm by FTL_Admin in

This year the Porcupine Freedom Festival - New Hampshire's longest running libertarian camping festival is undergoing some changes, including lowering their ticket price to $25 and cutting back on the event's physical footprint at Roger's Campground. According to Derrick J, that means he'll be celebrating Forkfest DURING the Porcupine Freedom Festival from Jun 22nd - 28th and afterwards from Jun 29th - Jul 5th. Free Talk Live will join Derrick and Steven from Anypay and we've already got our spot reserved in Agora Valley, which is no longer an extra cost for people that want to vend during Porcfest. Of course, Forkfest, the decentralized libertarian camping festival, has never had vendor fees or tickets. So join us during the New Hampshire Freedom Festivals for two weeks at beautiful Roger's Campground in Lancaster, NH Jun 22nd until...

Chat on our Discord while the Libertarian Party nominates their presidential candidate

May 23rd, 2020 - 2:30pm by FTL_Admin in

Today, the Libertarian Party's online convention is happening. If you want to subject yourself to the grueling shitshow, here's the live stream link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcD_q4kvp_c

They will be voting on their presidential candidate. Will they make the smart choice and choose Vermin Supreme? If you're watching and want to chat about what is happening, you can do that via the LRN.FM Discord at http://discord.lrn.fm .

Even if they don't pick Vermin Supreme, there are multiple other fine candidates running - good luck to them. We'll talk about it tonight and the haircutting civil disobedience in Michigan and more tonight at 7pm Eastern on Free Talk Live at http://freetalklive.com

Thank you for listening, as always. Ian

Vin Armani Returns to Free Talk Live - From the Mariana Islands

May 16th, 2020 - 1:20pm by FTL_Admin in

After a brief move to California, Vin Armani has returned to the air on Free Talk Live, this time in the role of first-chair host as he is now heading up the Friday night Marianas Edition of the show. The Marianas Edition of Free Talk Live originates from Saipan in the North Mariana Islands and started earlier this year after Mark made the move to Saipan as part of the Crypto Frontier project . Mark stayed a couple of months in the Marianas and then returned to New Hampshire, though he says that later this year he will be moving back to the Marianas with his whole family.

Not long after Mark left, Vin arrived in Saipan, the capitol of the Marianas Islands with his family and due to the COVID crackdown, was forced into a FEMA camp for two weeks of mandatory quarantine. You...

FTL Hosts' Weekly Civil Disobedience

May 10th, 2020 - 3:28pm by FTL_Admin in

It's been seven weeks in a row now that FTL hosts have been part of Keene Nightcap, a resurgence of a decade-old activist party in Keene's Central Square. We brought it back the same night NH's governor "HIS EXCELLENCY" told people they needed to stay at home. In the attached photo, you will see me, Vincent, Captain Kickass, and Aria. Is there any disobedience happening by business owners or others in your area during the COVID Crackdown? Call in any night and tell us about it!

Thank you to the people who signed up this week for AMP! It really helps us to have your support so we can get on new radio stations and spread the ideas of freedom. If you haven't joined, please consider doing so for just $5 (or BTC) per month at http://amp.freetalklive.com

I appreciate your supporting and sharing Free Talk Live. Thank you. Ian

It's a great time to share Free Talk Live and LRN.FM.

May 3rd, 2020 - 12:43am by FTL_Admin in

As we've covered in-depth on Free Talk Live, people are in many places being forced to stay home under threat of violence by state cultists. Though this is incredibly destructive to lives and the economy, it is an ideal time to put our media in front of your friends and family. Please share your favorite episodes of Free Talk Live on your social media or directly with your loved ones. You can use our MP3 files from our soundcloud at http://soundcloud.com/freetalklive or share our DLive or Twitch streams at http://dlive.lrn.fm and http://twitch.lrn.fm . Also, don't forget about our 24/7 streaming liberty audio at http://lrn.fm and the excellent 90-minute, feature-length documentary, "Derrick J's Victimless Crime Spree" at http://victimlesscrimespree.com

FTL Hosts Converge on Central Square for "Nightcap"

April 4th, 2020 - 1:00pm by FTL_Admin in

Multiple FTL hosts including Nobody, Captain Kickass, Vincent, and Aria converged last night for a "Nightcap" including Corona beers and other substances, and we did hit more than ten people as people came through the park randomly and joined the party.

Of course, our daily radio broadcasts continue 7-10pm Eastern time at http://freetalklive.com and on DLive and Twitch at http://dlive.lrn.fm and http://twitch.lrn.fm

Big thanks this week to the new people who signed up for the AMP program. In these difficult times, we've seen people dropping off AMP to conserve their resources, understandably. So, if you can swing the $5 a month to AMP the show, we sure would appreciate the support! You can join at http://amp.freetalklive.com

Thank you for listening to and sharing FTL and LRN.FM Ian
