This fall a Supreme Court decision could force the police in Florida to require warrants before secretly installing GPS trackers. As of now, they do need a warrant saying it does not violate the Fourth Amendment.

The real-life superhero named Phoenix Jones was cuffed and taken in to the police station for pepper spraying civilians. He claims he was trying to break-up a street brawl; and wonders why the police didn't seem interested in investigating an alleged hit-and-run that occurred mere feet away.Read more »
The self-styled super hero ran in to break up a fight between a small group and a large group. He used pepper spray to fend off the fighters after he was attacked. He's been charged with four counts of assault.
