This again comes via a social media site for cops, with lots of comments by other cops. It's pathetic and rife with remarkable quips. The big question is: What are the details of why the cops were called in the first place? The big lesson is: Get out of private property if the owner requests you do so, and run if the cops are called.
The family of Andreas Chinnery says Hamilton police fired two shots at the 19-year-old at very close range, hitting him in the arm and in the abdomen.
