A guy in NYC filmed himself getting a $50 ticket for not riding his bike in the bike lane. The cop doesn't even get out of the car in the rain, dodges all his questions, and refuses to acknowledge that SOMETIMES, in the ridiculously busy streets of NYC, the bike lane is not necessarily the safest place to be riding your bicycle.
